i order that cane but more then 8 days waiting and there is no update from the seller i try with amazon help center to konw the issue it's like no answer from that company so i canceled

Developed a hip issue. Definitely helped me pending a steroid shot. Classic look. Since I'll need future shots to qualify for hip replacement, I'm sure I'll depend on it again. The fun part is it includes a flashlight and an alarm. For a cane...it's pretty cool 😎 for a little old lady.

I bought the cane late last summer and it arrived on time and in good shape. The cane might be a bit on the fancy side for some but it is nice and sturdy construction. Actually, I first bought its sister cane but swapped it for this one because that one was too gaudy for me. To each his own. The extra "feet" would be nice for those who need them. The light was helpful on a few occasions and I appreciated that. The siren would have gotten attention if I had needed it. I appreciated it. Unfortunately, the light and siren stopped working recently. It has a rechargeable battery and I tried to recharge it. I thought that the recharging was working because the recharge light on the cane want on. However, the battery never took a charge or the light and siren just died. In any case, the light and siren are not working. I followed the support link and tried the actions recommended in the written list, but with no luck. I did not see any way to make an in-person connection. So, the cane was great while the electronics worked. I still use it as a regular cane and it is good for that. However, the electronic feature was short-lived in my case. After my comment was submitted, I was contacted by the seller. After I explained the problem and what I had done to try to remedy it, the seller generously agreed to make me whole. The service was exceptional. Therefore I am upgrading my response to 5 stars.

I bought this cane for a friend who has Parkinson's just before Christmas of 2025. He has loved it! It has a light that can be turned on which has greatly helped him navigate some darker areas where he works. It also has a beeping feature that can be used to alert in case of needing assistance - although his son thinks it's just for fun! The only issue he had came from HIS use- NOT the cane's fault. He was using the single cane tip instead of one of the more steadier tips that came with it and had dropped the cane a number of times so the light stopped working. I just bought him another as the light had helped so much. He's now using the quad tip and has the extra cane that will come in handy - as anyone using canes knows!

This cane is beautiful and functional. Many compliments received on its appearance. The light and siren for this cane are bright and loud. My husband developed a balance issue and needed walking assistance, and this has been perfect with the light/siren easily accessible when walking without having to look down. The best part….The warranty is UNBELIEVABLE. The customer service is exemplary. The cane has had a problem charging. And after discussion and photos, the company just sent another cane. Patient and respectful throughout. Simple discourse. No hoops to jump through. They truly stand behind their product and are willing to make it right for the customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Pros: Good as a walking stick, nice-looking, shape of the handle is comfortable even without having a foam cover. Having all three options for the base was part of my decision to buy this cane. I prefer the quad base but should something happen to it, I have two backups. Cons: So far, only one, the flashlight is now flickering and then dying within a few minutes after charging. It was nice while it lasted. The alarm still works but it's not something I need daily and now that the light isn't working properly, I wonder if the alarm will work when I need it to. It's the end of January so the light only lasted for about 5-6 weeks. It would be better to have a removable flashlight so it could be replaced if necessary. Edit: Upgraded to 4 stars from 3 because of the prompt excellent customer service. The alarm doesn't seem to be affected so only the flashlight must have a wire loose to the USB module. They offered a free replacement, but, since everything else worked, we agreed on a partial refund instead. It's good to have people who back up their product so well.
