Cadac Deluxe 98185 Barbecue Cover 47 cm Black

I bought this to cover my 47cm Weber kettle bbq and I am pleased to find it a perfect fit. As in the photo, it drops down to about the top of the wheel so covers the bbq completely, but leaves enough of a gap so that it doesn't rest on the damp patio.I like the handle on top, and really like the drawstring at the foot of the cover. My old cover never had this and it always seem like the wind would eventually get under it and lift it off.An important point to make here is that I needed this to replace the official Weber bbq cover I bought alongside my bbq just two years ago. My bbq lives in the shed all winter, and I leave it covered outside in the summer. Two summers in the garden and the official cover literally crumbled into bits. I assume the sun (not something a British person should ever need to worry about) made the very thin plastic brittle.This cover is a much thicker, heavier material than the official cover, and while I can't report on how it will stand up to the British weather yet, I am optimistic it will do a better job than my old one. It just feels better quality.

To start things off: Yes, this does fit the Weber Compact 47cm BBQ. Perfectly. Like a glove.Protecting the above barbecue is precisely the reason I bought this cover and, while it is a tad expensive, it is of high quality, close-weave, waterproof material and shields the whole barbecue (save two inches of the chromed legs and wheel) from the elements.It is of cylindrical construction (which isn't easy to see from the product photo), has a handle on the top to help in positioning it, and has a drawstring on the bottom to help keep the cover on your beloved kettle in high winds; I keep mine on a fourth floor exposed balcony and it hasn't budged an inch.I bought this over the blue Weber vinyl cover because of bad reviews on the latter. I'm glad I did because I have absolutely no complaints about this cover, or the protection it affords.If the taste of rust on your barbecued food isn't your thing, bag this cover to go over your kettle bbq.

This is a good quality product at a fair price but it will only fit a 47cm barbecue, not a 57cm barbecue as claimed in the product description.

This cover is great quality. This was a replacement for an old cover that had weathered and torn. This is far superior to my previous cover. Great fit for the Cadac bbq.

Preso in sostituzione della copertura originale che, comprata 2 volte, è sempre durata poco. Calza perfettamente barbecue da 47 cm Weber , comoda la maniglia sopra per sfilarlo. Sembra robusto ,spero duri un po'....

C'est la 2éme housse que je commande car j'en avais déjà commandé une pour mon Weber 57 cm et vu la qualité j'en ai aussi commandé une pour mon Weber 47 cm.

Mein Cadak steht viel ungeschützt im Freien. Deshalb habe ich Ihm nun eine eigene Haube gegönnt.An jetzt steht er trocken und zufriedenda und wartet auf den nächsten Einsatz. 100% Empfehlung.
