No it doesn't stretch. I would advise you to buy a bigger size than you would normally wear; sizing is very small.

Q: Hi, my son is 5ft what size would fit him.

I'm 5'11 and ordered the XL and it's quite big. So maybe try the L size.

Q: What size would a ladies (UK)14 be?

Not really sure. I sized up normally take XL but went 2XL and fits perfectly. If I was to guess I would go large as they come up small. Word of warning the colour dose bleed out at first so maybe wash it a couple of times also softens it up.
