Nothing is added and nothing is removed from the colostrum. It is naturally enriched with all the mentioned nutrients. Furthermore, the bovine colostrum that goes into making our colostrum is recovered from cows within 0 to 6 hours of their birth since it is their first milking colostrum; this means all of its nutrients are intact, including natural chymosin, which helps enter the gut. Our Colostrum is slowly Spray-dried. Pasteurization can affect the nutritional and immunological properties of colostrum, as it may destroy some of the beneficial proteins and antibodies present in the raw form. Therefore, we choose to use alternative processing methods i.e. slow gentle spray-drying, which preserves more of the natural properties of colostrum. It is third-party tested and safe to consume.
