Very professional in dealing with my mistake of ordering without consideration of flashings as there are two types.. Slate and Tiled roofs.. And the company was excellent in having mine picked up and a replacement without charge.. The boss is a top man and I recommend these windows to all those out there..Cheers

The company i bought them from, couldn't of been any more helpfull, as for the windows them selves they were easy to install, and have a lovely finish, they have a basic handle/latch which does the job.
