We have been using this dog leash for awhile now, and it has held up very well. I love the looks of it, especially the colors. It was a great price as well!

Very well made, colors are beautiful. Packaged well and promptly delivered. Actually, this product is exceptionally well made and among the most beautiful I have seen.However, it's a bit heavier than most similar products (probably due to the quality of hardware and the double layer of strong woven nylon covered by sewn on ribbon) so if you have a dog with a fragile long coat of hair, hair that is easily damaged with heavy collars/harnesses/leashes, you might want to cover it in plastic wrap to try it on your dog 1st before using it, just to make sure.THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GIVE IT 5 STARS is that my dogs have delicate coats with long silky hair and heavy leashes/harnesses/collars damage their hair by causing matting. I regret this and did not consider it before ordering or before using because they are so attractive and so well made. MOST dogs do not have this issue.I strongly recommend this product to anyone without a full coated dog with fragile, long hair that mats easily (such as a Briard or Afghan Hound).

I love the color and the fact this leash is made in the USA. This is the second leash that I have purchased and had fail in the same way (when I pulled to get my dog to come it the fastener pulled out). The first lasted just over 2 years, the second just under 1 year. I REALLY dislike products that don't last (contributes to waste).

This 6 ft leash is constructed of sturdy nylon webbing with a multi-colored purple shaded pattern that is just adorable! I ordered this along with the collar,  Medium Purple/Multi Stripe Dog Collar: 3/4" wide, Adjusts 13-20" - Made in USA. , and they are both a great set to have. I like the fact that this item is made in the USA, and that the materials used are of nice quality.The leash has the standard opening for your hand, and a silver clip/clasp to attach to the collar of your choice. As another reviewer stated, only one side of the leash is patterned - the opposite side is deep purple only, however in my opinion this does not take away from the looks of the leash at all and actually adds a nice contrast.I have received several compliments on the great looks of this, as you just can't seem to find leashes/collars very often at the big retailers that have much uniqueness to them as these do. For that, I am so very happy to have Amazon to turn to!

I purchased the harness and the leash. They’re absolutely gorgeous together. I also bought a package of ten chiffon flowers to attach to her harness and I change them up to match the colors in the set. Like currently I have a coral and a hot pink on each side of the harness latch clip. I get so many compliments on it, and I think she feels prettier in it. Surprised I don’t have a picture, I’ll attach one soon.

I bought this cute purple plaid leash to match the collar for my Yorkshire Terrier. It was made so well and was everything I wanted in a leash EXCEPT the hook was SO SO SO heavy. It would have been good for a 60 pound dog but not for a 7 pound dog. Luckily I had an old leash that I cut apart and I replaced the hook. The leash was stitched together very well as it took me along time to remove the heavy, big hook. But with my trusty sewing machine I now have exactly the leash I want.

I ordered this leash because we used to have a black one and people were always confusing my dog for a boy. I wanted to make it clear she was a girl so thought purple was the way to go. I like this leash because it's lightweight yet seems sturdy. I also like the pattern, though it's not TOO girly like some pink hearts or anything like that.I was, however, disappointed that the pattern isn't on both sides of the leash! The picture is misleading because it does not show the reverse side. The other side is just purple nylon. I probably would have gone with a different leash if I had known only one side had the pattern. However, I am not sending it back because I still like it and it fulfills its purpose.

After getting a cheaper one that ripped, I bought this one because it seemed a heavier gauge. Wow, what a superior product. Thick, heavy, strong.It's not for a 5 lb Chihuahua but GREAT for any medium or larger dog cause of the weight.. Did I mention this thing is super sturdy???
