Brought to help with foot swelling dyring heatwave causing plantar fasciitis. Initially painful to use as heal and arch sore but quickly eased with each roll. Solid structure that us not easily damaged if dropped. Not heavy and easy to pick up. Silicone roller with raised bumps that are comfortable to use unlike a wooden one I tried before. Even toddler liked to roll his feet on it. Definitely worth the money and next day delivery was perfect.

well im not sure this cures or helps with my sore foot. ive tried using this and im either a wimp as it seems to hurt after a while due to the little dimples on the actual roller or im doing it wrong . i will keep trying to use this item as all help to relieve the pain in my foot is a help. I am not convinced it will help at all though . It is a sturdy built item though and if all else fails it will make a good dogs toy i reckon.

Only been using this for a week, but it has already done a great job of relieving the pain from Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot. Great little massage roller, especially for less than £10.

I find this helps with my foot pain although I’d prefer it to be bigger in size . It is compact , I only have size 9.5 uk sized feet but my feet are quite wide . This roller I find make my foot bend up at the sides and I find it hard to get a good firm push on the small spikes.

Because mine was stuck flat inside and I only looked for it after noticing it was mentioned in a review here. •The roller is STURDY. •The green colour is pleasant. •The price charged is very reasonable. •The delivery was NEXT DAY. •A good TIP from an expert about the FOOT massaging which I found to be useful is : Massage SLOWLY I.e. 5 seconds to roll up - 5 seconds roll down. Keep within the arch of your foot applying gentle pressure. Do these for a few minutes only on each foot. Don't overdo it, but try to do EVERY day even if you feel there isn't time - at least do something! It worked for me. My best day, I had NO PAIN. Certainly I recommend this particular Foot massage roller. I wish pain free FEET for you too - GOOD LUCK.

Suffering with plantar fascilitis so I thought I'd try this. Easy to use but I do find it rolls along the carpet and I have to keep moving it back.

Muy recomendable. La verdad que cumple su función y sientes un alivio inmediato de la zona a tratar. Es relajante y sientes como se relaja la tensión de la zona del puente y metatarso.
