It leaks with the smallest movement. I would fill it up, double check that the handle was completely closed, and walk away. A few minutes later? My countertop is drenched and the water is running all over the floor. This has happened multiple times — and I kept second guessing myself, thinking maybe I didn’t close it all the way — but no. It’s the filter. If I breathe near it, it leaks. If I look at it wrong, it leaks. And after all of that? The water doesn’t even taste good. It has this flat, almost metallic aftertaste that makes it worse than tap water. For the price, this is incredibly disappointing. Between the wasted water, the constant mopping, and the bland taste, I genuinely regret buying this. I wanted an upgrade… instead I got a mess. Save your money and your kitchen counters.
