Not as black as expected
It would be a great photo background, however, it does not live up to the page description. It is not as light absorbent as stated.

Really dark
I use this to help reduce reflections on my windshield when I want to take pictures or videos through it. Nothing that is covered gets reflected in the windshield. It does what I want it to do very well and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Not what it advertises
Pretty disappointed, I guess for the price I should’ve guessed that this would be a cheap knockoff of an actual “black matte” backdrop, and it’s still not worth the money I paid in my opinion. It might be “good enough” for some stuff but not for what I needed.It’s not very black, for one - compared to a small swatch of the real stuff, it’s almost gray. Definitely not very dark, under any kind of light it loses its “super dark” properties.Doesn’t seem like this is the real deal, it just looks like very cheap velvet fabric being sold as something else.
