Q: How you deal with the grip of this? I've put in water bottles and mugs with some effort and it does not slide out easily at all.

To be honest, if it's taking effort to put in anything then I have to presume then it's too big to fit. I don't use the hard inset at all for anything, and I have only 2 mugs in my cupboard that won't fits due to their size so I don't use in it. The inset is handy fro when you'd like a little more stability if having an adult beverage or too, but I haven't found a need to use it.

Q: Would it work on a electric wheelchair?

I don't think so. The base of the coaster is rigid plastic and measures 12cms across before the 'floppy' side pieces. However, if the arms of your wheelchair measure 12cms. or more it could work. They do seem to be designed for the arms of three piece suites, whether they are square or rounded, in which case they are a good buy. Hope this has been a bit more helpful.

Q: Does it fit a pint glass?

Yes - you can use a pint glass in CouchCoaster with/without the adaptor.
