Good old Varta
Nice to see an "old" battery name still around. These seem to be OK and not had any issues with them to date. I keep a stock of various battery sizes in case of power outages or just to replace in any of the devices in the house and for larger sizes such as C and D, the Vartas seem as good as any in terms of value and life.

Great reliable batteries.
I recently used VARTA Alkaline Batteries for my Nerf gun, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The batteries provided consistent, reliable power, ensuring my gun fired smoothly without any lag or loss of performance. They have a long-lasting charge, even after multiple intense play sessions, and didn't show any signs of weakening. VARTA's durability and efficiency exceeded my expectations, making them a top choice for any high-drain devices. Highly recommend!

Value
Not sure about the longevity, not had them in long enough to give that report. Bought for my sensor light outside my front door, just hope they last for the next coming years as batteries do deplete. Or I'll have to find other items to use them in lol 😆

Good value !
After trying the Amazon basics batteries, I've switched to Varta ( we go through lots in a commercial business ) and so far they appear to be superior. At a similar price, it's a no brainer

long lasting
Varta batteries are cheaper than other, better-known brands, and they last significantly longer.
