Nice to see an "old" battery name still around. These seem to be OK and not had any issues with them to date. I keep a stock of various battery sizes in case of power outages or just to replace in any of the devices in the house and for larger sizes such as C and D, the Vartas seem as good as any in terms of value and life.

The batteries do the job very efficiently and for a good price.

Seemingly good batteries. The ones i've tested so far have full charge. Not had any fail or drain quicker than i would expect. good price too

Not sure about the longevity, not had them in long enough to give that report. Bought for my sensor light outside my front door, just hope they last for the next coming years as batteries do deplete. Or I'll have to find other items to use them in lol 😆

After trying the Amazon basics batteries, I've switched to Varta ( we go through lots in a commercial business ) and so far they appear to be superior. At a similar price, it's a no brainer

Varta batteries are cheaper than other, better-known brands, and they last significantly longer.
