Penthouse North [DVD]

New Years Parties raging outside and everyone enjoying the night waiting for 12 O'clock to come, while one is alone in a penthouse with a sadistic killer and willing to have what he wants wether maiming or even killing for that pot of gold or diamonds as known in this thriller action, plenty of suspense a blind woman and dead boyfriend with a maniac watching and waiting for her mistake but he still has the upper hand while she is scared to death of him. Now his knowledge isn't to bright because he is taking to long to find the treasure, giving her time to outwit him now that's all for now as there is still plenty more to come so not to spoil it I'll leave you dangling there wondering wether he or she wins and who has the loot. So time for the collection of the movie and munchies so with feet up trying to settle in on your chair as this is a fast paced keeping you guessing, edge of the seat entertainment, marvellous movie so don't take my word as this is my opinion only so I rated this an A grade plus. Enjoy!

Excellent thriller. A young photo journalist is blinded by a suicide bomber while in Iraq. Three years later her boyfriend is murdered in their home by some criminals he had stolen from. The woman is tortured and held hostage by the two men who are looking for diamonds they claim her boyfriend stole from them. Fast paced and original with great acting. Highly recommend.

It was a ' good ' movie but much seemed to be predictable as I do believe I have seen ' other movies ' over the years that had a similar theme and the ending was as one would predict with this type of theme. You buy it - you watch it - and make up your own final answer.

Bought this dvd not knowing much about the film and was surprised how good this thriller was well worth the purchase and would watch it again great viewing blind girl terrorised by thugs

The main female character in this movie does very well considering she is supposed to be totally blind as she takes on two baddies single handed and I don't think in reality she would be able to do all this.As they say it's only a movie watch it and see for yourself.

Imperfection with disc caused it to stop briefly, twice!
