What's not to like? Push-on. Push-off. Easy, safe, countertop button for your garbage disposal. My only complaint is that I could not match the color of our "Champagne Gold" Delta faucet, but at least it is in the gold color family. I drilled a 1 3/8" hole for the switch. Perfect fit to slide in easily, with very little gap. For the uninitiated, this switch is not electric. It pushes air through a tube to a control box you mount under the sink. (See undersink picture. Apologies for all of the plumbing in the way.) The black box is the disposal controller. Air tube from the countertop switch is going into the right side of the box. The box's power cord (coming out the left side) plugs into your disposal receptacle. Mine is a dedicated 20 amp GFCI/AFCI breaker circuit. The disposal is then plugged into the black box. One push turns it on. Another push turns it off. You DO NOT have to hold the button down for the disposal to keep running. You DO need a corded disposal. Most disposals can be wired either way. If you are currently hardwired, you'll need a cord/plug kit. Having the receptacle under your sink may be the challenge, if you don't have one. If you have an undersink junction box for your current disposal, it can be converted to add a plug. Be sure to turn off the power at your breaker panel. Determine if the circuit is shared (e.g. with the dishwasher), and wire accordingly. Don't hesitate to call a qualified electrician if you have any concerns.

I bought this to fix the garbage disposal.its ok for now and I haven't had it long to see how effective it is It's ok but it takes time to put together
