Will these dry quickly/hold a lot of water? Looking for something minimal to wear under board shorts while swimming.

They do dry quickly and it's not a lot if material..They are true to size

What is the best way to wash and dry these jockstraps?

Wash them in cool water in a mesh laundry bag, never put them in the dryer...put the leg straps over a plastic coat hanger...the dry fast and will last much longer without the elastic wearing out.
