Mixes well. No foaming. Used as a protein shake. Works perfect. :)
Simply mix it in a blender with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 8 ounces of water per scoop. The peanut butter is important, it helps it to mix properly. Excellent shake. I prefer Bob's Evans egg whites, but this is the only substitute that I have found that actually works the same. It's as close as you are going to get. Highly recommend! No stomach issues, no foaming, let the blender do the mixing and don't forget the peanut butter. Enjoy! :) :) :)

To help with Senior protein intake
I use this to increase protein content principally of two fresh scrambled eggs. I am over 80 and am trying to get 120-130 grams of protein spread throughout the day. The purpose is to stem the loss of muscle tissue. I wish I had known these things 15 years ago.

Better for baking
This is fine as an egg white substitute in baking since it smoothes out when you whisk it, but it does not blend well as a protein supplement. Too clumpy to drink.

Good stuff.
Good for baking and making smoothies. I don't recommend trying to make an omelette with it.

Doesn't mix good at all!
This stuff is horrible, I have a shaker glass and I mixed it with orange juice, this stuff is almost all foam, I'm never buying this junk again!

Does not mix well, strong chemical taste
As someone who cannot tolerate whey protein, I was excited to try this product. It is third party tested and, according to a recent CNN article regarding heavy metals in protein powders, egg protein powder is considered to be a safer alternative to whey than plant based protein powder. Unfortunately, I could not get over the strong chemical taste of this powder. This was even after I added some of my wifeโs delicious skinny syrups. I also used a high quality blender to mix it with coconut milk and it still turned out clumpy. I would not recommend this product at this time.
