Coworker told me to get these to aid in weight loss as it boosts your metabolism. I'm still fat. Maybe it works in conjunction with other things like a better diet or exercise. I bought it to cut corners (and fat). Didn't realize I'd have to do something additional. It did boost my metabolism and increased my hunger. I exercise on my way to the fridge. I'm getting over 10k steps just walking from the couch to the kitchen. Perhaps this is working.
