Standard Nursing Bottle Complete, Pink

Works great for bottle-feeding the occasional calf that needs it. I like the handle, but it makes it difficult to slide it in the holders I use for the normal square-shaped bottles. The screw in nipple has held up so far, but I have had to bottle feed a rambunctious calf since getting this one. I’ll update my review once that happens. I have to admit, I’m kinda curious see how it holds up.

I bought this for a rejected beef calf that was also suffering from navel ill. I found this design to be more effective than the standard design I started with, (and have used for a long time). The nipple design definitely mimics the natural teat. There seems to be less leakage, "head butting", and choking than with the standard "calf bottle" I was previously using. I tried going back to the standard design once the calf was stronger, but she still prefers the peach teats.It does require a stronger nursing action from the calf, and may not work on weaker animals.

I should have listened to the reviews, which were not great. The nipple assembly does leak. Returning the bottle/nipple set and will not purchase again.

I was so hopeful as I have heard such fantastic things about these bottles.First, what I love-Not more hard work fighting to get the nipple on the bottle.Second, what I dislike- The nipple is made so that it is almost impossible to get it clean on the inside (unless I missed a way to disassemble it). It mildewed inside the nipple despite working hard to try to get it clean.

The media could not be loaded.  I have three of these nursers and this is the only one that I’ve had trouble with the leaking. I still feel like this is the best option for feeding calves that I have found. This one is a new purchase. The other two I have had for a few years and just use occasionally. I would like them to send me a new ring and nipple and try again but I have not contacted them yet. I’ll get back to edit this review after.

Was trying to use feed store bottle for a small calf with no luck. Ordered this and he loved it. Definitely more natural like!

I was excited to try this for our bottle calf. She's been using a goat nipple, as she was born small, and our snap on calf nipples were too big and stiff for her. She took this one right away, but the "breather button" and the seal around the nipple leak so bad that the milk was pouring down her nose, so we're back to the goat nipple. I'm not sure if it's a defect or if it's a common problem. I'll try to update after I email the company.UPDATE: I emailed the company and they responded VERY quickly and sent me a new top and nipple. The new one works great! The handle on the bottle makes it easy for the kids to help. I am SO pleased with the great customer service!
