Been taking for several years, seems to be good value, unknown if it is helping health wise.

I've tested to see how I felt while skipping a day and I can tell the difference. These give me energy and a much more pleasant mindset and feel for the day.

Been taking this for a while now, feeling great, but not sure if it's attributable to the resveratrol or all of my other lifestyle changes in the past few months. Will continue taking it, good price.

the Key Word in this product is " TRANS RESVERATROL " & Polyheonls , if it doesn't have the word " TRANS " in front of the word Resveratrol it may not be the best product out there .

I like and trust this brand and buy many supps from them. In this case, they are selling 200 mg of T-Resveratrol with 80 mg of Polyphenols blended in. Fine. The capsules arrive in the largest size, 000 I believe, which holds well over 500 mg of even the fluffiest powders. So, what is in the majority of the capsule that is not on the label? My guess is that it's 1) mostly standardized knotweed, which is generally 50% Trans-Res, and then the polyphenols may be in some carrier also. Otherwise it's a giant capsule of rice powder that is maybe 30% active ingredients. In any case, all the other Resveratrol supplements list the full ingredients, not just the ones they want you to know about. Here, you are taking a lot of material to get supps that could be housed in half the capsule size easily. They should tell us what's in it.
