I ordered this product for Christmas size 35.5, I just received it and it is a size 37 which is way to big for my daughter. Hopefully I will receive the right size this time!

My daughter loved this shoes. She received them on 4/15/23 she got excited to wear them to school on 4/16/23. She showed everyone but when she got home they stop lighting up. So we decided to charge them up for a while but only one actually charged up. When I charged them together one lighted up so I decided to charged them separately and the other still doesn’t work. I did research with people comments to understand what I needed to do but I got nothing I’m so disappointed that it doesn’t light up anymore after only wearing it for one day. She still loves the one that does light up. I wanna send them back but she wants to keep them.
