I'm used to plastic for my disposable kitchen wares but wanted to try something different and these natural wood plates work great. The plates are lightweight and thin but is perfect for prepping meals and is big enough to serve a main entree with a few sides. I'm not sure how well they break down as I do not compost but it seems less harmful than the plastic plates that I purchase at the dollar store.The wooden plates cost more than plastic but I feel a little better knowing that these plates are from a sustainable resource and is not a byproduct of petroleum.

I ordered this to product to be able to avoid dishes and environmental guilt. The plates are good looking. They could be a little stronger.

I just order these wooden plates and they are amazing. I would recommend anyone who is interested to get one love them very sturdy and lite.

Fabulous in every way. Highly recommended. Best of all, they are compostable and keep plastic out of landfills.
