We have a significant finically conflict fifth our 9-year old daughter since we forgot tho pay her her pocket money the other week!. She doesn’t trust us anymore and says we have ruined her financial and budget planning - she may not reach her savings goals and is not at risk of end up with a pension short fall. All quite terrible really. And we are devastated about it as well. So to make it up and in order to keep track of her incoming and outgoing expenses we’ve have ordered her this cash book, so that we will never have to have a debate about such matters again. The A4-sized soft cover book has 32 pages that are of good quality paper. Each page has 32 lines for expenditure entries, that can be tracked through 2 columns for descriptions of expenditure, 1 column each for incoming and outgoing cash and the balance column. The booklet is quite friendly priced. So this small investment from our side that has given our daughter a firm grip on her pocket money dealings and budget. It’s quite an educational experience as well. And we suspect the book might last a good few years, even despite her hectic cash flow issues.
