If I only travel with a few of the small ones without the bigger case, would I need to worry about them accidentally opening?

Each small case is very secure. Till this point I have not had issues with them opening up. I keep them in my pocket daily to remember to take my pills throughout the day

How easy are they to open? I only really need 2-4 for traveling for my various vitamins and supplements.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and I think this pill case is easy to open and close. All of the compartments are sturdy and very easy to use. I highly recommend this for traveling.

Is it sealed well so that my pills won't dry out? I have pills with live ingredients in them
