Is it troubling for anyone else to see that the circular saw blade is installed backwards in the pictures?

When you've worked with tools like this long enough you'll learn that there are some applications where you will want to run the blade backward on certain materials and certain speeds. Happens more often than you would guess.

Can this cut other rock besides jade?

I cut Jasper, Tigers Eye, all sorts of minerals, so yes, but keep in mind the saw they give you is trash. It made it through 3 slabs and the the diamond teeth broke, and I was cutting a 1/4 slab of Agate See images in my review, search diamond saws for lapidary with a 5/8 arbor 6". Still hoping this seller will replace the saw that came with it

Is that a wood cutting blade? Shouldn't that be a diamond stone cutting blade?

This mini table saw can cut stone or wood. Both blades are equipped.
