Excellent Book - a must if you have a foam roller!
What an excellent gem of a book. I have bought the paperback version, it is extremely informative and contains some really useful exercises. Well worth the money - something for everyone as it covers all aspects of using various types of rollers. I repeat, well worth the money especially if you have treated yourself to a foam roller!

Good Book overall and illustrated well
Very good informative book. Good value for money and also includes exercises using a Pilates ball and half roller. Illustrations are clear and easy to follow.

Needs Hyperlinks
The ebook is a good reference for foam roller exercises, and I would have given it a higher rating it if it had hyperlinks especially in the sports programme where it lists useful exercises but doesn't provide links to the exercises. This means you have look through the book to find them which wastes time. I hope the publishers will post an updated version of the book and provide user friendly links.
