WestWood Quality Solid Wooden Dining Table and 4 Chairs Set Kitchen Furniture FH-DS02 Natural Pine

For a 'modern build' table as opposed to traditional build (e.g. mortise & tenon joints etc.), this really is quite a good little table and chairs set. Assembly was very easy and including unpacking and laying out everything ready for assembly, this took around 1 hour and 20 mins to complete. I only have some minor comments (please note they are not criticisms!) to help improve this product. The first is that the supplied Allen/hex key supplied literally lasted for 2 bolts and the head chewed on the 3rd - maybe it is a bit of a soft metal that is used for cheapness or I just had a bad bit of luck with the one that was supplied. Luckily I have a few sets of these so I used my own to complete assembly with no further issues. The 'dowel' style pegs that are used in assembly and show in the instructions as needing a hammer to install, were so loose that they were hard to keep in the holes when assembling - absolutely no need for a hammer! If you have assembled kitchen units or other furniture you will be familiar with these style pegs and know how they normally fit very tightly. Maybe this could be looked at to improve the experience for future purchasers. The instructions are very basic with just a handful of pictures and no text for explanation, however, this really is an easy to assemble table and chairs set. Overall, although I have only assembled this today and used it for dinner this evening, I am really pleased with what I got for the money and delivery was quick too.

It's an OK table. Arguably a little small for four people. It's cheap, and fairly good value for money.It was easy to assemble, but the supplied hex key is shoddy quality, and for the torque needed to bolt this table together, it's inadequate. Use a good quality hex key that doesn't deform and damage the bolts. The table wasn't supplied with a screwdriver, not that it would have been any good based on the other supplied tools.The only complaint was the packaging. The polystyrene within the box was of such poor quality, and simply disintegrated too easily into many many small statically charged balls.I will consider buying it again if I needed another one. I'm happy with the product as it fits the need I had for it.

Good job we enjoy jigsaws ,this certainly was not the best fitting build we have ever done ,lots of bits out of alinement ,very poor fitting also needed to purchase longer screws due to poor fitting ....if we hadn't of needed the tables .. they most certainly would have been returned .

Very pleased with this table and chairs for the price. Bought it for dining room ready for Christmas as I didn’t have one. It went together really easily. A good solid table and chairs and looks great.

This is a very sturdy table and chairs set. I am using it in my kitchen. And I am very pleased with it.
