It leaves little gel bead-sized balls after I mix it with water in my shaker bottle. They stick to the sides and top of my bottle so I feel like I’m not getting all the protein. Got this for my post‑op clear‑liquid phase after Bariatric Sleeve surgery. The flavor? Nonexistent. It’s like drinking chalk that wishes it had a personality. I tried it before surgery and it was awful then too, but I naïvely believed I could power through. I absolutely cannot. Now I’ve got two giant tubs of this stuff destined for the trash. Fantastic. Love that for my wallet. It mixes well and the foam settles after about 10 minutes, but that’s the only nice thing I can say. The taste is so bad it takes me hours to choke down.
