I have purchased 3 of these total and they are excellent lights for what I use them for. I have them mounted on the back side of my work benches. I have a Guitar workshop and these lights provide excellent lighting. They were easy to install/setup and perfect size. They are light weight and maneuverable and easily light up my entire work area. I have had no problems with these lights at all and have had one of them for over a year already. I was an easy decision to add 2 more when I added more workbenches in my shop. Great product!

I'll be honest. I was looking for something in my local brick and mortar stores. Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes... every place let me down because they all had the same unimaginative junk. And certainly not in store so I can just go get it. I have a pretty deep computer desk with dual 27" monitors on moving arms. I also have a separate soldering table. I wanted good, shadow free illumination on both and nobody had anything that would work. Lo and behold, I stumble across this on Amazon. I love when someone has a good idea and turns it into a great product. Unboxing is just ridiculously easy. There is no building. All you have to do is screw clamp it to your surface and plug it in. It seems it'll fit a pretty thick surface too. 1 1/8" (almost 3cm) thick shelf stock for a desk and it has enough space for another inch or so. No flickering that I can see. It's clean smooth light. The color temperature options are plentiful and you can cycle through presets of both temp and brightness or do a smooth transition to what you want. The side panels are separately turned on and off (together) and can fold down 90° (if you really wanted to) or all the way up to upside down on top of the main lamp. It's all folded together in the box, so just unfold and use. Only real issue is there's no telescoping function. So if you have a small desk and want it mounted at the back AND close to your surface, you might have to get creative. The auto brightness is interesting... it gets brighter when the ambient light goes down. I expected the opposite. But maybe this makes sense. I prefer manual control anyway. Overall, very great product for anyone working at a desk, writing, making, what have you. I love this thing already. There's a really good video review that will show you all you need to know. I bought two right then and there (for both tables) and I do not regret my decision at all.

This is a fun-to-use desk lamp with a clamp. It doesn't have the stability of a lamp with two side-by-side arms, however, when I type, it only wobbles a little. I've gotten used to it, so it isn't really a distraction. My favorite part of the lamp is the side arms that swing up or down, depending on where you want to put the light. For more focus on your desk; swing down. To illuminate the ceiling, or the entire room, swing up. You can control the brightness or illumination of each type of element, so that the arms that are pointed up can have light, while the ones pointed down can be dimmed or turned off altogether to prevent glare. The brightness starts as very dim and goes all of the way up to very bright (with some glare), and many steps in between. Nice! All in all, I've had this lamp for over a month now, and haven't noticed any defects or bad design, except for the slight wobble. It's great if you like to have a room for computer use while having the ability to light the whole room without glare. That's why I give it a '5'.

Very versatile and well made piece of equipment. I needed to replace a standing lamp that just doesn't work for me anymore for desk lighting. Don't have the space I once did. So I got something that could attach to my desk. and move around as needed. This did not disappoint. As someone else noted it can get too hot if you turn it to the highest brightness setting. I like more natural light (not blue or yellow) and so this works great. The extreme maneuverability is one of its best features. And it doesn't take up much space do it's design. I have it attached to my glass desk and I have a desk riser that sits on top of it and it works with the riser up or down. The arms also make it really good as you can put them up so the light goes to the ceiling or down on what you are doing. I only give it one less star than five for overheating at the highest setting. I won't be using the highest setting but briefly sometimes but they need to work on that. I bought the soft white and I like how the color works with my walls and my desk. Great buy.

I didn’t realize how badly my office needed real lighting until I bought this lamp. My workspace has no ceiling lights — just floor lamps and small desk lamps — which looked nice but never provided enough usable light. By the end of the day my eyes were tired, and if I dropped something under the desk I needed a flashlight. This lamp completely fixed that problem. The LED lighting is adjustable between warm, cool, and neutral tones, and the three light bars can be positioned independently to direct light exactly where you need it. The clamp-on design is fantastic — it mounts to the back of the desk and sits high above even large monitors, so there’s no clutter and no loss of workspace. The light output is stronger than all my other lamps combined, yet it’s comfortable to work under for long periods. Eye strain is gone. For about $49, this feels like an incredible value. It also looks clean and modern — not cheap or distracting — and blends right into the office. I rarely write reviews, but this one earned it. If you need better task lighting for a desk setup, this is absolutely worth trying.

OMG I love this. I got a second one for me and one for my son for his room. Pretty much good to go out of the box, very easy to put up, stays where I want it, and good range of motion. An unexpected plus point: it resumes whatever settings it was on when power is restored. I have them connected to smart plugs, and I can turn them on and off that way. IME these touch button devices usually default to off if you unplug/replug them, so they can't really be used with smart plugs. That is a HUGE plus for me. The one issue, if you can even call it an issue, is that it feels like it should rotate where the main lamp part is connected to the arm, but it doesn't. It rotates where the short little part connects to the long par of the arm. Just be careful not to absent-mindedly grab it and try to rotate it in the wrong place. I've done that a couple times and heard a bit of a crack, but it doesn't seem to be broken. Which actually goes in the plus column now that I think about it. It's pretty sturdy, even against stupidity, LOL.

My son often studies late into the night, and he is very happy with this lamp. The light is comfortable and does not glare into his eyes. It shines directly onto the desk, and he can easily adjust it to the exact position that works best for him. I especially like that the light stays focused on the work area instead of spreading throughout the entire room. It gives him excellent lighting for studying without disturbing the rest of the room. Highly recommended - 5 stars!

The Desk lamp arrived on time and well packaged. Easy to assemble and no parts missing. Very sturdy, the light is soft an an bright at the same time. The light spreads well over the screen and not overbearing. It has adjustable lighting and evening light, very convenient when tired.
