Can’t return even though defective
The light on my base just flickers and goes out. There are no shrimp included. Quality is not good, no customer service or support. I do not recommend.

Wrong description on product.
The box did not say that fish weren’t included. I expected little sea monkeys in the “aquarium “ and there wasn’t any live item included

Don’t buy this.
Cheap plastic. I wouldn’t put anything living thing in this. It’s a glorified plastic water bottle with beach trash in it.

False advertising
My wife bought this for her brother. It arrived broken and with instructions that were not in English. Also be aware that the aquatic life are not included. It is not an enclosed ecosystem. You have to purchase shrimp or fish from a pet store and it will need to have the water changed frequently. Unlike other products that come with the shrimp already contained.

Trash
A total nothing burger! There are no shrimp! A waste of my time and effort. I wish I could give this zero stars. And the instructions are unclear as to what you should do. It doesn’t tell you to buy the shrimp first. I don’t believe shrimp can live in here for one year. I guess you pay for what you get. Cheap=TRASH
