Perfect Fit, Great Value
This product is excellent, I was able to use on my family members Lexus RX400H ,her passenger side mirror is a heat mirror that has some type of oil in it. The mirror itself is easy to unsnap, unplug and replace after some research we decided to go with the replacement stick on. It has 6 two sideded stickies and the mirror. Clean the surface of the old mirror and apply the sticky pads ,peel off the top to expose the top of the sticky pad ,line up the mirror and press and hold for about 10 seconds ,not hard tho,you wouldn't want to break the glass and viola all done.

Fits perfectly on my 2008 Lexus 350
It was easy to attach on top of the original mirror. The adhesives are strong. Ensure that you thoroughly clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth. It held up during the hot summer months. I hope it holds up during the winter. So far I am satisfied.

This worked perfectly!
This side mirror fitted perfectly in my mirror. It looks like it's the mirror and not a glass inside the mirror. Highly recommend. Well worth the money I paid for it. And it wasn't expensive.
