Great for controlling blood sugar! I take 2 a day and with that I'm able to keep my blood sugar managed!

It’s Okay
Quality products. I gave it 3 stars because the yellow color ingredients upset my acid reflux. I had to stop taking two a day for over 30 days. Once I resumed the product to avoid an upset stomach I take one before 8:00 am and again after 12:30 pm. It’s an okay way to reduce blood sugar along with a proper diet and regular exercise.
