Perfect for Frying, but Prone to Rusting and Smaller Than Expected
The cast iron construction provides heavy-duty durability and excellent heat retention. It effectively cooks dishes like poori, thanks to its ability to hold heat well. However, it has a few drawbacks: 1. The kadhai is prone to rusting, which means you need to put in considerable effort to clean it properly. Make sure there is no water left after cleaning to prevent rust stains. 2. Additionally, be aware that the kadhai is of ordinary size, so if you're expecting a larger capacity, that could be a misunderstanding.

It is also extremely durable, versatile enough for various cooking methods, and can enhance food flavor with a unique earthy taste over time. Easy to use.

I would not trust this product and wants to return to Amazon.
The product is meeting any standard. On receipt of this item on 20/09, I strictly followed the instructions and prepared the utensil for use. After first use, when I cleaned up, the true colour revealed. Inside surface is like old cast iron utensil that we had seen in our childhood days. ( I am now 83 years old and I am an engineer too) I shall send one video tomorrow morning.

Heavy pot but corroded after wash..
Material is good but after wash due to water quality..it's getting corroded...means water type matters..

Highly recommend
Sturdy product. Strong handle. For every wash, immediately wipe off the water, heat it and apply oil. This helps to extend the durability. Works better than non stick as nothing sticks to the Kadhai & also rust resistance . Good quality at this price range. Evenly distributed heat for efficient cooking. Highly recommend.
