My favourite vegan hack to boost protein in meals
I absolutely love these. I have been putting them on top of my granola and cereal for ages. They add a bit of texture but don't taste of much, making them a really great high protein and filling addition to an existing meal or snack. For any vegans out there with a protein goal this is one of my biggest recommendations! It's a bit expensive but does last surprisingly long when weighed out at the recommended serving size.

Great protein source
I'm a savoury person who wants to eat more protein, but am so sick of all of the sweet protein powders as the main sources. These soy crispies are perfect for adding extra protein without sweetness. They go well on my unflavoured Greek yogurt, so I am able to get a pretty high protein hit at breakfast -something that I previously struggled with as a vegetarian who doesn't want chocolate or other strong sweet flavours in the morning. They are a bit pricey, though, so I use sparingly.

Great topper for yogurts
Love these. Simple easy way to get more protein into your diet and a nice crispy texture to add as a topping to yogurt etc.

Versatile
These are a good size making them easy to include in a variety of ways eg add to breakfast cereal, baking even vegan soups for added protein. No taste, making them suitable for sweet or savoury dishes. The texture does not break down easily. High percentage of protein, although nutrient value diminishes when heated, as with all such products. Good resealable packaging enabling longer shelf life. Rather expensive but a little goes a long way.

Amaaaazing
I rarely write reviews but this product is awesome! It is amaaaazing. it's tasteless, so it just adds a super nice crunchy texture, i was searching for a way of adding more protein to my morning snacks and this with soya yoghurt and strawberry jam was perfect :) lovely day to be vegan!

Good product but don't be surprised: Soy Crispies are not sweet crispies
I bought these to add to my muesli and snacks to increase my daily protein intake.I knew these are not sweet or flavoured in any way, so I expected them to be mostly bland or flavourless. So far, so good - I have them with muesli or yoghurt, and the crispies are a bit crunchy but don't become immediately soggy in water or milk (they will after a short moment). They don't bloat me like some soy products (but I eat them in small quantities and add inulin when I do).Once the crispies are mixed with other products, they leave a little flavour. You might taste some faint residual taste of soy - if you despise soy taste, that might be an issue. If you don't mind - you might not even notice.I think I can make protein bars from these (baked or frozen).I always have mine with something to balance the flavour, but I had a full of soy crispies once, and oh-my, my taste buds were offended. Don't buy them if you think they are protein sweets.

Light and crispy
I bought these to increase my protein intake. I mix them with yoghurt or add them to my chia pudding. They’ve got a really nice crunch -light, crispy. I will keep buying these.

Best protein boost
It’s unflavoured, so you need to be creative, don’t eat it like cereal haha. I put it on my smoothie bowls. The protein content is CRAZY
