Not your everyday wrecks in this one
The pictures in this volume are, apparently, all from eastern European sources. Lots of beute French armor, a whole mess of repurposed Italian stuff, even some T-34s, as well as retired German vehicles unfit for front line service. There are a few late model German tanks, & even armored trains. The last 30+ pages are all about salvaged vehicles used by the Yugoslav army post war to the 50s.

Although an interesting venue - the quality of the images (clearly disclaimed in the introduction) left a lot to be desired....still a worthwhile addition to any collection.

Another excellent volume in the Panzerwrecks series
Another excellent volume in the Panzerwrecks series, this one features many German and captured vehicles in Yugoslavia towards the end of world war two, as well as in use afterwards. Readers of the Panzerwrecks volumes to day, especially modellers, will not be disappointed with this, the latest volume in this highly successful series of books.

... I have all 19 of these books means I like the format
I guess the fact that I have all 19 of these books means I like the format. Once again, the pictures and text are great. I love the way the authors go that extra mile to point out little interesting items that I almost always miss. Thanks guys for another great read.
