100% Merino Wool - Midweight Everyday Knit Cuff Beanie - Warm Winter Hat

I like this functional winter cap. It is well made and keeps my head warm on winter hikes. The thing I like the most is that unlike other caps I've tried this cap has the length to pull down all the way over my ears. I would recommend this cap

Very nicely built, and works perfectly... Feels good on the skin, and no itching. Keeps my head warm while backpacking.

My hat size is about 7 5/8 or so. Initially when wearing this hat, it would slip upwards whenever I turned my head (moving the skin slightly). I've had similar issues with other beanies I've tried. However after wearing it for about half an hour on my walk, it seemed to mold it's shape to my head more, and it now stays in place. Oh and it also feels warm and soft enough.

Wonderful hat, very soft and warm, double layered, yet lightweight. Highly recommend, very happy. 2 people in my family saw mine, tried it, and we bought 2 more for them. I may have lost mine, and I won't hesitate to buy another if it doesn't show up. I knit, but I can't reproduce this quality in a handknit.

It's a looser feeling knit than the lighter weight version from Minus33, but it's a decent hat. It is warm and soft, but the knit has me questioning it's longevity. I'm hoping it won't wear too quickly. I've had inconsistent experiences with this brand, from their gloves that fell apart within the first week of wearing them, to their light weight hat and gator that have worked out great so far, to this hat that's just okay for the money.

This is very comfortable and warm, even in single digit temperatures.

Bought this hat with other minus 33 gear to tackle some cold weather hiking (15 degrees, windy) in New Hampshire. I absolutely love this Marino Wool product. It kept me warm when I needed it to. I had to take it off at one point because I got too hot out on the trail. Hair froze, popped this back on, and no problem in about 10 minutes. Does exactly what it advertises, meaning it wicks the water away from you. I was surprised at just how fast it dries in the field (10-15 minutes on a good sunny day). Color is good. I bought all the blue stuff, so my gear coordinates. I recommend this product.

The beanie feels soft and warm without being overly heavy. It fits comfortably and stayed in place without feeling tight around the head. It works well for everyday winter wear and pairs easily with different outfits. Pros: soft wool, good warmth, comfortable fit Cons: limited styling if you prefer slouchy hats

Provides enough warmth up to -20 deg celsius or so. Any colder than that and it needs another layer.

While the fabric is soft and the colour is as described/pictured, the hat keeps going up my head. Not sure if it's due to my hair texture - I have straight, sleek hair) but it wouldn't stay down enough to cover my hears no matter how many times I readjusted it. I ended up giving it to a friend.
