They are easy to assemble. The five tier is the perfect size. They are sturdy and holds a pair of boots (ankle work boots) well on the top shelf. The shoes fit well, two pair to a shelf. The color is true, I have black. No missing parts and I like the functionality of the shelf vs an over the door holder.

I bought it for my daughters who share a room, and it’s perfect for keeping their shoes organized. Each shelf can fit about 3–4 kids’ shoes if stacked properly, or 2 adult shoes, so it’s surprisingly spacious despite being narrow. It’s quite tall, so if you’re on the shorter side, you might need a step stool or reach carefully for the top shelves. I also love that it comes with hooks, which are super useful for hanging items like hats, scarves, or small bags, keeping everything organized in one spot. The price is excellent for a 10-tier, tall, sturdy rack that holds so many shoes and accessories. Overall, it’s a fantastic solution for entryways, closets, or shared rooms — very practical and worth every penny!

I just ordered my second shoe rack as they are great for narrow spaces, hold quite a lot of shoes, easy to put together and lightweight to move around when necessary and had all the parts needed. Each shoe rack will go into very narrow, tiny closets and fit perfectly. Pleased with the purchases!

Materials seemed flimsy at first but it's surprisingly sturdy once assembled. It fit perfectly in my closet. It was a good value for the price. It's not furniture. The 'shelves' are made of what feels like a polyester/paper blend but they work. I am considering putting something a little more substantial underneath my pointy heels so they don't poke through. Also, it comes in a hundred little pieces but it is easy to put together.

Nice unit for the money. Easy to put together as long as you are paying attention. Make sure plastic pieces are facing the right direction and the fabric shelves are the right side up. Watch video on this selling page showing how to put together for help. Make sure everything is lined up and square so that it snaps together easier. There is a review video that the women is saying it is junk because she can't get the pieces to fit. Hate to say it but she is not putting it together right and that is why it is not working for her. I like the versatility of this. You can leave the fabric shelf on one of the levels off if you have taller boots. You can break it into several units (up to 10 I guess if you so desire). It seems relatively sturdy. If I had more shoes I would buy again.

I was utterly skeptical about this product and bought it anyway because it fit the measurements for a space in a tiny studio closet. I was even more skeptical when it arrived in SO MANY pieces and in a very small box. Given that I am very pleasantly surprised. It went together fast, seems very sturdy, holds lots of shoes, is not flimsy despite the actual “shelf” material being a bit odd ( just keep the faith it turns out great!), and is exactly as the seller said it would be. The single bit of maybe negative feedback I have is I would have liked the chance to make a few of the shelves spaced further apart for boots. Otherwise I am very happy with this purchase. It is a great value as well.

Nice product! Easy to assemble, took about 20 minutes. Very light so the weight of the shoes should keep it stable, but you may want to fasten it to the wall. I like that the support tubes are metal, far better than if they were plastic, like most of the less expensive products out there.

The shoe rack was compact and easy to build, doesn’t seem like it’ll tip even after placing my boots on top. I wear large shoes so sadly the top shelf was the only shelf that could fit my boots. However, when I was close to finishing the shelf I noticed I was one piece short. I was missing one #2 rod part and was instead provided with an extra #4 connector part.
