A great alternative to assist in liver health...
As an individual who has been dealing with a fatty liver (non-alcoholic) issue for a decade, I have looked for a more holistic alternative for assisting in maintaining and helping to obtain a healthier liver (in additiona to exercise and diet of course). I was religiously taking another liver vitamin (Andrew Lessmens vitamins from QVC) for about 4 yrs ... and really only saw mild results and was convinced that I was waisting money. Upon research about liver and health - i discovered that Artichoke & Artichoke Extract is one of the main foods that really assists in liver health, repair and maintaining healthier functionality..... I have been taking these for 3 months now as instructed - and have noticed a beginning result of feeling better and recent blood work has identified an improvement (far from an ultimate goal - but a better improvement than what I was previous taking). I recommend this product - it is all natural, no byproducts, no filler, no artifical addivatives/flavors, etc. I like these because, honestly I cannot stand to eat really Artichokes! LOL. This also really helps in conjunction with assisting in my type-1 diabetes control too.

I can't quite tell if they work. But I take them daily. Started taking about a year ago, and I would say I feel better today than I did a year ago, so that's not a bad thing!
