I was suffering from joint pain and a friend recommended me The omega -3 along with other vitamins but after 1 week I noticed that my pain was diminishing. I take the recommended dosage daily it does not leave an aftertaste or make you burp and have that taste that is unpleasant. I have really felt it’s effectiveness. These are just as good as some of the bigger name brands at half the price! They have the same ingredients, are easy to swallow, and you can't notice a taste. I worked a manual labor job, and after retirement, these really seem to be helping my knees and elbows. Would recommend!

I have absolutely no idea if they works or not. I'm getting older and with age comes old age side effects that just get worse with time. I can tell you that it doesn't smell, has not taste or after taste. It doesn't cause to burp or have fish smelling burps. The pill size is manageable. It's better than other products I have taken in the past for the reasons I have listed. There are several peer reviewed studies out there that claim there is sufficient evidence that fish oil is beneficial for your health which is why I am taking it. I take other NOW products and I trust the product and NOW is good quality for the price. They want an honest review that's what I've got.

Husband’s been taking it a few days now and he is feeling really good. Basically he is on high BP meds, but noting that Omega 3 may help in regulation of BP, produce higher good cholesterol levels, reduce inflammation (he gets reflux often) and whole lot of other benefits, both of us will continue consuming them. The soft gels may be large but they go smoothly down with water so that’s no issue for us.
