Q: Is this the same shampoo as what is in the hair color kits?

Yes, I have purchased the shampoo and conditioner from the MR site and from Amazon. It's the same as their little packs in the kit.

Q: How long does the bottle last?

Not sure. It seems concentrated. It feels moisturizing, but it smells like a mild bug repellant or an essential oil. I not a fan of the scent while washing, but it doesn't linger afterwards. So, i will finish the bottle.
