Three stones fell out of the ring that I purchased after minimal wear, I sent a photo and a request for a refund to the company who have flatly refused to do anything about it and are now just ignoring me. It is obvious that this item is not fit for purpose and their customer service is abysmal.I am obliged to give this product one star so I can submit this review but in my opinion it doesn’t even deserve any.

This ring arrived with a stone missing! Really upset as a lovely ring, returning easy but not sure if I should order another one.
