Great value, as one can of primer
Very impressed with this paint, which I've used to restore a vintage Peugeot road bike. While obviously not a professional finish, with careful preparation the frame looks very decent indeedz. There is just a small amount of texture (orange peeling) visible which is to be expected from a low pressure spray. With decals fitted and three coats of spray.bike clear coat, the finish has a very satisfying lacquered look, with just a slight patina showing through. Great value, as one can of primer, one can of base colour and one clear coat was all that was required (albeit for a skinny Vitus tubes and no forks); so less than £30, as opposed to £175 for a professional re-spray).Although the instructions say no preparation is required, this is going to give a rough and non-durable finish, so I highly recommend a thorough rub down and priming the frame properly (the powder coating will not cover imperfections in the base!). Polished with a lint-free cloth 30 mins after spraying, the finish seemed tough. This was very easy to apply at 5 - 20 cm spray distance as recommended. The clear coat (varnish) behaves very differently and must be used at 20 - 30 cm and certainly be aware of applying to thickly - long wafts along the tubes are required. I did a light tack layer, followed by a medium layer 15mins later and a final heavier layer after 10mins (before locking workshop and hiding key for 24 hours!).

Excellent- highly reccomended
This is by far the best paint I've ever worked with, I resprayed a frame and wheel with minimal surface preparation. It doesn't run, provides excellent cover with one coat and is touch dry in minutes. It also has an incredible finish (Matt white) that looks and feels good.I couldn't reccomend it highly enough, absolutely transformed my bike.

Massive letdown
Love BLB frames and components, love the shop, the staff are helpful and friendly, but this is a black mark on their brand. Used it as per instructions to spray a brand new silver basket for a white vintage Raleigh Caprice; cleaned the basket thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol then used up most of the can building up the coats, actually liked the slightly flaky looking matte finish. Left for a few days, but when dry the paint literally scrapes off with the nail.
