is this both inner and outer wheel bearings with seals for my 1991 ford f-250 4x4.I also am doing both sides is there deferant pat numbers then?

You might want to check on the inner and outer bearing required for your axle. If you are talking dana 44 fronts, there are typically different inners and outers. This is the case on my old K10 and on my Scouts. Dana 44 use SET47 for inners and SET45 for the outers. YMMV.
