Although it took some getting use to, I was able to do it myself with my right hand, getting a little easier as the days went on. Wishing you a quick recovery!! **Q: The item has a white felt disc inside. It is not attached to the seal. Iā€™m confused how that white circular foam works.** A: Not sure as to the white disc. I did not need the disc for waterproof issues. My seal on my sleeve was blue and was tight. **Q: I just had elbow surgery to reattach tendon. Entire arm immobilized. Will this fit woman 5ā€™3ā€ or will it be too long? Would kids long be better?** A: The circumference of your upper arm is most important, to me. My daughter is short and the adult was long, BUT her upper arm is pretty thick. So we ordered the adult. It didn't matter that there waa extra length. Hope that helps! **Q: Will this fit adult woman 5ā€™3ā€ or be too long** A: I am a 5ā€™1 adult woman and purchased this item back in May 2020 for a broken elbow. It fit perfect over my huge full arm cast & kept the water out. I was able to shower without any leaks. ## Frequently Bought Together - Cast Covers for Shower Arm Adult Waterproof Long full Protector Cover Soft Comfortable Watertight Seal to Keep Wounds Dry Bath Bandage Broken Hand,Wrist,Finger,Elbow Reusable Durable - CureSquad Cast Covers for Shower Arm, Waterproof Cast Cover Arm Adult, Soft Comfortable Cast Protector for Shower Arm, Reusable Elastic Cast Bag for Bandage, Wound Care Supplies, After Surgery Gifts - 100% Waterproof Cast Covers for Shower Arm - Tight Seal - 3pk Adult Reusable Cast Protectors - Half Arm Bag Sleeves --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - šŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** ā€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - šŸŒ **Shop Globally** ā€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - šŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** ā€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - šŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** ā€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - šŸ”’ **Secure Payments** ā€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ā **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** ā€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/503387360-waterproof-arm-cast-cover-for-shower-adult-long-protector-cover](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/503387360-waterproof-arm-cast-cover-for-shower-adult-long-protector-cover) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
