Battery stays longer than expected and does the job perfectly.

I charged the device for over three hours but only operated for about 15 minutes before the battery status indicator turned red. Despite leaving it plugged in all evening, it continues to display a red light and will not power on. I'm uncertain whether this issue stems from a defect in the product quality or if another customer previously returned it due to similar problems. While I appreciate the convenience of shopping with Amazon, I have encountered significant challenges with the refund process for defective products. While the platform seems quick to process payments, the response time for refunds could be much improved. As a long-time customer, this has been my first experience with such delays, and I believe that streamlining this process could enhance customer satisfaction. I hope to see improvements in this area to better serve consumers in the future.

Works well. Not too fast, not too slow. Noisy, though. Charging is slow but a full charge lasts a long time.

Initially it worked great, but after a couple of uses battery dies. Even when charging fully, the battery dies very quickly. I would recommend to charge it just before use, as the battery doesn't last long. Brush attachments are great, multi purpose and efficient.

Very effective product, exactly as described. Has different heads and each head for a different surface. Recommended.

After about three months of use, the scrubber stopped working. When I pressed the power button, there was no response at all. I initially thought the battery was flat, so I plugged it in to charge, but there was still no indication of charging or power. Completely unresponsive. Very disappointing experience. Purchase at your own risk.

The product is not true to the description. What I saw and like on the images is not what I received. No adjustable handles, the handle is only one and so short. I am not impressed for the amount I paid I'm disappointed and thinking of returning this 😕. The quality I can say it feels like it'll last (when holding it in my hand) but looking🤔 at it without even touching doesn't look promising.

Purchased awhile back and today was the first time we had an opportunity to use this. It works beautifully. It’s easy to put together, and we used it to clean off our outer doors before washing windows for the Spring cleaning. Spider dust is sometimes difficult to remove, and one of the scrubbing brushes worked well on medium speed to eliminate them. I found it easier to use the handpiece on its own - my husband liked the extension wand to save his back. It stayed charged while we did 11 doors - only going down by two of the five bars. It recharged within half an hour (standard C charger). It’s light-weight and the numerous attachments are going to come in handy for all kinds of tasks. I love the clip that comes with it that I used to easily attach it to a sideboard in the garage for storage. I’m anxious to try it on the shower, next - that’s what I really purchased it for. I can highly recommend!
