Do these earphones come with a case?

No , not the version i bought anyway (Red/black).They came in a factory sealed branded box .

SC's own site lists smoking buds 2 as having "call and track control via inline remote" but people here say it has no volume control, which is it?

There ISN'T volume control, despite what it says on the Amazon listing. Only pause button & microphone for calls.

Do they fit an iPhone SE?

I don't know I have Samsung 7 edge .
