Crazy CreekHEX 2.0 LongBack Chair for Backpacking, Camping and Stadium Use, Extra Width & Back Height for Comfort, 250 LBS Weight Capacity, Adjustable Straps w/Rock Lockster (R) Buckles

My husband is 6 foot and he chose the high back to make sure that when we go out to glass for animals he can be comfortable. The chair is perfect for hiking as it's lightweight, easily stored, and comfortable for the extra-tall person. The chair at my height(5'3") still works great! I will probably order the high back for myself so I can rest my head back without not having any support.

It’s a pretty high quality chair, everything is very nicely put together and I like how it rolls up and how light the package is. The camo pattern is pretty sharp too and the materials feel tough and durable, with there being some really nice rigid supports sewn in on the seat and back areas. The buckle hardware is strong and easily held the chair open under my weight and the cam buckle they’re using for the strap to secure it when rolled up is clever.Unfortunately I found the chair to be uncomfortable. The chair is lined with thin, hexagon shaped padding cells and for how thin they are, they provide good stiffness and cushioning, but it’s not enough for me. I do have a bony tailbone; which could be the problem but I need to use an additional inflatable seating pad with this chair in order for it be comfortable for me. Probably more a me issue than the chair but I didn’t feel any difference sitting on this chair as opposed to the very thin carpet over wood in the room I set this up in. Sitting on the floor was actually more comfortable because of how this chair tilts backwards slightly when you rest in it transferring all weight to a small-ish area of your butt at the fulcrum of where it meets ground instead of spreading it out evenly as if you were sitting flat.I do really appreciate how light the chair is and since it rolls up, it’s very easy to attach to my pack. I normally only carry a sitting pad, so this is a definite upgrade over that alone and I will use the two combined for seating. It’s a shame that there wasn’t a sufficient amount of padding built into the chair for me to begin with but this is a solution I can live with due to the quality, light weight and ease of hauling. It’s a solid chair that’s much lighter than any folding/origami chair, it’s overbuilt and worth trying if packability and quality are important to you.

Just the right amount of chair for hunting, especially if you’re doing a lot of glassing. Doesn’t weigh much at all either and feels super durable.

Great chair, but the advertised weight is half of what it really weighs.I weigh around 275 and the chair hasn’t failed me despite the weight limit listed as 250lbs.

The chair dimensions for the long back are correct, but the weight is completely wrong. The chair weights 1lb 7.4oz on my very accurate postage scale. Product description says .56lb. Otherwise, it’s pretty comfortable but I purchased this specifically because of the weight description. My helinox chair is 1lb 1.9oz without the carry bag. I will probably keep this just to have another chair but I would expect accurate in the advertisement. Being over a full pound off is unacceptable.
