I find this back belt very easy to use and it appears to be well constructed. It's very simple to tighten and loosen as required and comfortable. I have a bit of a belly and I still found it easy to wear. It didn't exactly reduce the pain, but it did appear to prevent the pain from getting worse. I've had back problems since the mid 1990s, and this latest pain was the result of a strain. The pain has almost gone away, but I will definitely continue to wear the belt for any tasks that might aggravate my lower back.
