What if I forget the default code? It’s not 000 since we change it? Is there a fix or can we send it back and trade it?

Will the coins stay in the trays if the box is tipped or turned upside down?

No, that wasn't the case with me. Once I closed the box, coins went all over the place. There's nothing directly covering the coin trays to keep them from falling out / commingling when carried sideways or upside down. I would have ordered a different box with coin tray cover if I had I known.
