These are more cookies than crackers. I do like the taste, but there is no satisfying crunch like I expect from a cracker. In fact they kind of turn to powder in your mouth. They also didn't ship well. I received 2 boxes of mostly crumbs and powder with only a few whole crackers.

These are truly delicious. Since I'm diabetic, "low-carb" is a medical necessity, not just a choice, and with these, I don't feel like I'm just "making-do," but rather eating something I really enjoy.
