This stuff is the real deal. I used to be a heavy smoker and THC user and my count and motility was way down. I took these for about 3-4 months and went back to test it. My count, volume, morphology, and motility all increased. I recommend exercising weekly as well for best results. I did notice my energy increased as well as my focus through the day. Over the years I was told by doctor's I could not have children. My count was too low. After a lot of research I found this pills. Took them as subscribed.
