This is perfect for my depression. What I mean by that is my mental health has been worse than usual since my mom died recently and there are days I don't have the willpower to shower—which includes lacking the will to wash even my face on those days which adds to feeling gross and depressed. So running across this I decided to give it a try and it's a game changer—as dorky as that sounds. Literally all you need to do is squeeze "a dime sized" amount out, rub it into your skin and then it's up to you if you're wanting to rub it off (I do with a damp towel as it says is an option) or rinse it off. LET ME TELL YOU! My face feels legit clean, cool (temperature) and refreshed and not only does it make me feel like I have energy/wakes me up but it also helps me get up the willpower to get the day started. Or feel comfortable getting ready for bed. It was an absolute accident I even found this listing and this is my new favorite thing ever. It also feels motivating to get in the shower before bed now to catch up my body with my face on rough days. Okay, so, it’s a thick kind of gel when you squeeze it out of the tube (the metal tube also makes it feel fancy and I love that) and it’s easy to squeeze out. It sort of starts to melt with the heat of your fingers/face and has that oily cleanser feel and texture which is actually not gross feeling or drippy. It’s coating, doesn’t exactly feel like it’s absorbing when you put it on but I can tell when I rub it off it absolutely cleaned up and cleansed everything. It’s a little shiny when it’s on your face but you can barely tell there’s anything on it really (visually). It stays in place and so mega low maintenance. Damp washcloth does the job taking it off without a ton of rubbing and my face feels and looks matte which stays a long time. My skin feels moisturized at the same time and though it has this very light/subtle feeling like I had a powder on my face it’s a good feeling. It just gives a lingering clean feeling, there’s zero residue and it feels like my skin is firmer which is really neat. It doesn't have a scent (though I haven't sniffed it up close). I tried it on its own as well as right before putting on two light serums and a moisturizer. It worked great both ways. The serums and moisturizer felt like they actually absorbed better in my skin which is kind of crazy to me. I used the balm the next morning with the serums on from the night before and there wasn't any lingering serum feeling. It felt like everything was a clean slate. No build up or anything. So yeah. I hope they never change the formula or discontinue the product because even with a once a day shower this is so easy to clean my face a second time in the day. The list price is currently $18 dollars which is pretty steep and I'm not a big fan of, but I bought it on sale for $9.99 and that's a GREAT price for it.

For years and years I've been using the generic version of Neutrogena's Oil Free eye makeup remover. It works well, but traveling with it is a nightmare. No matter what I wrap it in, it always leaks just a bit and makes everything very greasy feeling. I really never took the time to look for other makeup remover options until a recent trip. I saw an ad with an influencer uses a makeup removing balm. I came to Amazon to search options and Pacifica popped up. I use their Wake Up Beautiful Serum and like it, so I decided to try this one. It was the perfect solution for removing eye make or any makeup while traveling. A small amount of product mixed with a few drops of water took my eyebrow gel, water proof eyeliner, and mascara off with no issues. I didnt have to rub or srub my face hard at all. It left my skin feeling so clean and looking great. I have occasional sensitivities to skin products , but none using this balm. I plan on using this moving forward as my day to day eye makeup remover product.

Got really excited about the plastic-free, hygienic tube packaging and the fragrance-free formula for under $15. It spreads smoothly and rinses clean with no residue. My face felt clean and the makeup did come off without dryness but, it did break me out. There were some hard white spheres that had not been fully emulsified and didn't melt down when massaged into skin, so that was a little annoying, too. Make sure you read the ingredients and decide if it will work for your skin.

I may be odd but my skin hates routine, so every other week I change up my face wash. Even though I use the same 4 products to wash my face. This is one of my favorite 4 to rotate through.

This is my new favorite cleansing balm! It is never tested on animals, which is a must for me. It’s great for my double cleansing routine. Also, it’s usually under 10.00 and last for months! I can’t recommend this product enough. I have very sensitive and dry skin and this product has never irritated my skin.

Bits of plastic or dried crumbles of some sort were coming out with the product in the last 4 tubes I ordered. It feels absolutely disgusting. Giving up on these as they’re probably expired. This used to be a great cleanser, I guess it’s been discontinued and all that’s left are the old products. :(

I wanted to like this, especially for practical reasons. The packaging is adorable and easy to take along in your gym bag without worrying about leaving a mess behind. However, it irritated my skin,didn't remove all my makeup, and left a residue on my face that was uncomfortable.
